In brief: this new release includes a reengineering of the Nest structure which establishes good backward compatibility between versions from now on, so you'll not need to update your nest when using a newer version of dyne:bolic. Since this release we have X.org as a graphical server, which is now out of the core and included as a .dyne module. Another bonus module included is OpenOffice 2.0. Various bugfixes have been done and the core software collection now integrates more libraries.

For the new beta5 release you can expect usability improvements and more fixes: we are getting close to a final 2.0 release!"
